KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Daily tasks include project concept design, chairing project meetings, resolving problems with consultants and reviewing internal team’s work and production. • Guide and manage internal team, consultants, and contractor daily to ensure information flow is timeous and relevant to the contract program and completion dates. • Responsibilities included design work, consultant coordination, internal team coordination, services coordination, and detail resolution. • Assist internal team with services coordination and Revit detailing. • Project management includes 20% Design work and detail resolution, 15% Internal Team Management, 15% Consultants coordination, 5% liaising with the client, 10% Revit technical assistance to my team, 20% Contract Management and Administration and 5% Site meetings, 10% Site Inspections and Quality Control.
