Even under stressful situation and being new to the field, he excelled and inspired people like me to push the boundaries. I had the privilege to work alongside Law-san during the delivery of the Jimah East Power project from October 2017 till June 2022. He has a good eye for detail when it comes to planning the construction of the turbine island. The completion of the project was made possible by his tenacity, persistence, and dedication to the task in considerable measure. I am pleased to learn that Law-san is now working on offshore wind projects to address the challenge of achieving Net Zero. Having him on board Iberdrola's ambitious goals is advantageous. Responsible for delivery of large-scale offshore wind projects in Japan. Key responsibilities include implementing robust and cost effective engineering strategies and plans, tendering, negotiating and managing offshore supply, installation and maintenance contracts, planning and implementing delivery sites and logistics, complying with best practices and HSE standards. Management of the design, supply, transport, installation and commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs). Provide engineering support during all project phases to ensure the WTGs are specified, designed, manufactured, tested, stored, transported, installed and commissioned according to project requirements.Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (OSS, foundation, inter-array cables, etc) which are working at different project locations. Ensure compliance with type certification and international standards. Manage the interfaces between the WTG supplier and the rest of project packages (OSS, foundation, inter-array cables, etc) with direct communication with other teams of the project.
