      As part of my PhD research, I interviewed women international students across 9 countries to collect narratives on their pathways into engineering. My research seeks to inform inclusive pedagogies and effective policies. I have published a qualitative review on this population in an international conference, and will be leading a workshop on translating stories to practice in the upcoming Australasian Association for Engineering Education Annual Conference in Dec 2022.

Through this subject, they learn professional skills such as engineering writing, working in teams, and applying the design process. As tutor, my role includes:- Content delivery - As this subject does not have lectures, I am responsible for delivering the content through weekly 3-hour tutorials with a class of 30 students- Managing team dynamics - As students work in teams throughout the subject, I regularly check in to ensure the team is working with each other respectfully and effectively, which may require mediating conflicts
