I have been working as a customer service agent for an Australian based e-commerce store on eBay and promoted to a Responsible Person wherein does floor walk to answer colleagues question on a ticket at the same time does the special and regular task. We do inbound, outbound and email support at the same time. Now I was moved to Customer Service Specialist which specializes in eBay cases opened by the customer. I also do open PayPal cases for warranty or non-receipt issues.
