Wendy was a fantastic account manager at Shopify and assisted with all of our requests and getting us the help we needed. A highlight was that Wendy was able to get us in direct contact with a Shopify dev that dealt directly with an issue we were having, this was a big deal as for 6 years all the previous account managers were unable to get us this kind of help.
