Wendy Hauser, DVM, and I are members of a group of various professionals with a focus on working with veterinarians. She is friendly, helpful and fun in our group! I have also recently worked with Wendy with a mutual veterinarian client in starting up a new practice. Wendy is great to work with! She understand the importance of collaboration with a team of professionals to complete the project for our client and I am delighted to be her colleague!

Dr. Wendy Hauser, a skilled facilitator, played a critical role in helping our team develop and define the culture present in our workplace. She employed effective and timely icebreaker techniques that put our team at ease with one another and helped ensure that effective and meaningful conversations could subsequently take place in a positive and constructive environment. Prior to the retreat, she worked with the leadership team on a more individual basis in order to determine the scope and purpose of the retreat. This, in turn, helped us be more productive overall and allowed the leadership team to form and articulate our own goals and determine how we wanted to move forward to achieve them. We truly benefited from her positive, "can do" attitude. She helped outline and highlight the learning opportunities that became available as a result of the retreat and helped us recognize the "ah ha" moments when both personal and team discoveries were made. She inspired our team to use the unique challenges present in our workplace in order to make a more fulfilling work environment for the team in general. It is evident from those involved in the retreat that Dr. Hauser's work was essential in helping us realize that our core purpose was the same for most of our team members. This led to significant steps forward being made and we were able to develop a corporate and workplace culture that we all believe in
