Wendy was a wonderful practitioner and always professional. She was diplomatic in her approach developing curriculum and ensuring high standards of attainment. Wendy worked well as a team leader to encourage all stakeholders to be included and actively participating; with a balance of humour and seriousness to bond staff and achieve outcomes. Wendy is a credit and valuable asset to all she works with.

Wendy is a very professional and effective Deputy Head. She is very knowledgeable regarding the Early Years. She is an accomplished classroom practitioner who is most effective. She has developed pleasant relationships with the students. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the required subject matter and has a genuine interest in the well-being of the students. Her classroom management standards are most effective. Wendy has developed genuine, pleasant and meaningful relationships with colleagues, parents and students. She works effectively with Senior Management supporting decisions and is aware of the needs and requirements of school systems. She is a very sound communicator both verbally and written. Wendy has been involved in much change during her time at SMIS and has adopted and developed as programmes have grown. I particularly appreciate her drive, professionalism, positive nature and commitment to the school and its children. Wendy has developed genuine, pleasant and meaningful relationships with colleagues, parents and students. Wendy would be a asset to any school.
