Starting as Quality Manager, I gained an understanding for the Manufacturing Sector and established key Client relationships, as well as commencing a programme of business improvement to improve customer satisfaction. As Account Manager I led on the project to secure 2 major new clients - Baileys in Dublin Ireland and McVities (part of the United Biscuits Group), bringing in £4m additional revenue.
