  In line with a series of internal organisational restructures, I commenced the role of Discipline Lead (Nursing) in June 2012, progressing to Head of Discipline in 2013, Deputy Head of School in July 2014, Head of School November 2014, resigning this position in June 2016. Four years in these leadership roles have added considerably to my experience in managing change. Following successful accreditation of the new Bachelor of Nursing curriculum in 2015 and the completion of the state of the art Nursing simulation precinct in June 2016, I am looking forward to my new role Associate Dean Quality. and Accreditation.
