Liaises and rectifies purchase order errors and corrections with Accounts Payable. Negotiates product returns after project completion to minimize all inventories and maximize project profitability. Achieves buyout through vendors on tools, consumable and safety items for all jobsites and shops.Negotiates annual buying commitments on specified items to ensure they are stocked for RK and purchased at the best price possible. Tracks budget and dollars spent through the tool shop in top three categories (tools, consumable and repair/maintenance). Acquires 3rd party rental equipment for all jobsites and shops through specified vendors based off of the field and shop leadership’s needs. Tracks all 3rd party equipment onsite and in shops to help maintain appropriate levels of rented equipment. Negotiates annual partnerships with 3rd party rental vendors to ensure availability of equipment and best pricing possible. Assists field leadership with all rental needs from beginning to end of all projects including typical repairs, damage repairs and replacing inoperable equipment.Receives and reconciles rental invoices on the PO with accounts payable.
