Writing responsibilities include writing blog articles, conducting interviews, research, editing, and assisting with print and electronic projects such as video scripts. Project Management: In charge of video documentation for multiple installation projects, training events, and workshops for engineers and contractors. These were used later as reference points for other projects. Using Adobe Creative Suite Apps such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I created compelling content to effectively convey the product story on the company's social media handles and website to increase brand awareness. During the pandemic, my fiancé and I collaborated and began producing dog food to alleviate the shortages caused by the closure of most businesses. We bought dog food from slaughterhouses to feed our four pets, and the meal was well received. After a few weeks, orders increased, and our clients reported that their dogs' coats and overall health had improved. So, being the social media marketer that I am, I created an Instagram page and gained 500 followers and a slew of repeat customers who had nothing but positive things to say. As a result of this endeavor, we've met and networked with other dog lovers in Nairobi, and two of our dogs have won awards. Our dog family grew to 16 dogs after Kash and Chester had litters of puppies in our tiny two-bedroom apartment. It was overwhelming, but the online community to which we began selling dog food was gracious enough to accommodate our 12 puppies, who are now adopted and thriving in their new homes! We're now down to four dogs: Chester, a beautiful, trained, obedient Rottweiler; Kash, a clean, grumpy old Japanese Spitz; mother to Jeshi, an award-winning male pup; and finally "Little Panda," a mini panda look-alike and a furball of happiness.
