As an application support lead Wendy was responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT services across all customers of Slipstream Software Solution product offerings, this includes providing software support, managing the change request process, software quality assurance, below are some of the key responsibilities to the role: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services to customers. This includes all the processes and activities to design, create, deliver, and support IT services. Provide excellent customer service experience for users’ queries and issues relating to applications and review change request requirements. Gather sufficient information from client through analysis by identifying and/or reproducing the problem before escalating to Dev team. Participate in requirement analysis and elicitation meetings with business to ensure proper requirements gathering. Reviewing change requests to ensure feasibility and impact analysis from a business process perspective. Coordinating UAT with business users prior to deployments to ensure initial requirements align with implemented changes. Coordinate deployments between Dev team and business users to ensure a smooth change management process. Demonstrate bug fixes and improvements to users and assist them in testing changes to ensure they provide the expected business functionality and value. Managing Jira queues ensuring tickets are updated with relevant information and that they follow the process for completion. Managing escalations and bottlenecks in the processes both internally and with 3rd party vendor partners, ensuring investigation and resolution of incidents in a timely manner as per SLA's.
