  Started ToyCoin (with the support of my husband) and had established being one of the most comprehensive anime figures website in Singapore. Participated regularly in several conventions held in Singapore every year and is currently expanding our participation to a wider range of events. Managed all operations on ground and dedicated manpower accordingly for all events. Expanded company's head count after 2 years in operation. Managed all staff's welfare and schedules. Handled daily operations which includes answering of emails as well as listing new products on the shop. Covers finance reports monthly and filing of invoices. Had to venture into marketing and research to keep up with the fast moving industry. Constantly thinking of new plans or ways to improve our services in order to serve the consumers better. Developed good public relationships between people from the same industry which had allow us to expand even further, which include taking up distributorship in several brands in a short period of time. Providing good customer service to the local community and building good reputation for the company. I believe that reputation is important for the company in a small country like Singapore and had worked hard to gain that reputation.   Started out working part timer after "O" levels. Dedicated myself to the job whole heartedly. Adapted and loved the fast moving environment and had the ability to worked as a team player. Run and managed few small scaled events for the cinema, ensuring all organizers needs were met during the events. Had to handle closing of daily sales for the theatre as well opening of the cinemas.
