  1. Follow up all customer order status for international markets team, contact with freight forwarder to plan shipment priority based on business requirements, prepare and send shipping instruction to suppliers in China & Southeast Asia according to client's request from different country (including Australia, South Africa, Middle East, Latin America...), make sure all cargos shipped out smoothly in time. 2. Send enquiry to 3PL logistics company and propose lower cost shipment solution when necessary. 3. Manages booking and shipment exceptions, such as early and late shipments, quantity mismatch, late gate in, space shortage, outer carton damage, etc.4. Communicate with client's logistic department, update vessel or flight status to them and prepare customs clearance documents (such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COO, etc.) base on their request.5. Responsible for vendor training, tell them how to prepare full shipping documents for us, collect shipping documents from vendor in time and prepare payment request form to accounting team, support them release payment to vendor in time.6. Update shipment status for all customer order in IT system. 7. Create L/C and present the documents for L/C.8. Works closely with sale team and collect data from their side, prepare sale forecast every month.
