Consolidated imaging services. Expanded services geographically to additional counties worked with community health department for access to primary care providers. Recruited family practice physicians and designed new buildout. Held events for preventative care. Partnered with COO of Akron Children’s Hospital and negotiated an agreement allowing them to build on Aultman’s campus expanding children’s services in Stark County.  Negotiated with Walsh University to be their primary provider. Focused on staff engagement and development improving on employee satisfaction and patient experience.
