  Responsibilities ☆ Cooperation with customers: Work closely with sales and BDM to get a clear idea of customer's requirements and needs, expand customer base and products offering in specific segment and formulate strategic plan:  Hold regular conference calls with foreign customers and sales to make alignment, work out solution to ensure project proceed smoothly and successfully;  Work out timeline to customer for new projects;  Analyse which one is the most import element among “Time, Cost & Quality” in different cases, and work out solution or proposal to meet customer's requirements ☆ Internal Leadership and Coordination Drive team members to work cooperatively and efficiently, direct engineering development accordingly to product road map, and lead project teams to complete awarded programs:  Lead and coordinate with different function members. Plan for milestones of projects, and monitor them be accomplished on time;  Hold weekly meetings with CFT members to review projects' status, come up with solutions or proposals for barriers, and distribute W3s to respective ones;  Pull in time for each activity;  Material preparation and planning;  Ensure that each batch of samples is delivered on time; Main Achievements ☆ Handle over 35 projects; ☆ Successfully conducted 10 projects from first beginning to mass production within 2 years; Total volume: 3520 K/year ☆ Lead and work with CFT members to develop two new kinds of motor platforms.
