Co-ordinating supervisions and 1:1 for HOD's Working to ensure compliance in a areas for the CQC, using self audit as an ongoing process Conducting training needs analysis as determined by the department and business. Carry out regular company inductions and ensure understanding and availability of all benefits and HR processes. Input and manage payroll requests and all necessary process to be forward for payment Attend to absence management and all employee relations issues as necessary and in line with codes of good practice. Conducting all annual staff satisfaction surveys Carry out all appropriate jobs as required by the position and play a large role in ensuring motivation of a large and diverse workforce.
