Wendy has made a very significant contribution to the organisations which have been lucky enough to have employed or involved her. She made a significant contribution to engage for success specifically as chairman of the well-being group producing a very influential report and in general helping to steer our movement. Her career at the heart of creating the hugely successful London Olympics, in the education field and more widely gives her a huge breadth of experience which she brings to bear in helping to improve organisations performance and well-being for people in those organisations. Well done and thank you Wendy!

I worked with Wendy at the Olympic Delivery Authority from 2006 to 2013 where she was Director of Human Resources. I always found Wendy to be a thoroughly professional HR Director who was on top of all the issues facing the organisation whilst delivering a "People Strategy" that engaged with and developed the employees. I would have no hesitation recommending Wendy for any organisational development or HR related role and because she operated at a level that understood the relationship of people to commercial and organisational issues she brings a wide breadth of professional and practical experience.

It recognises that the whole of the United Kingdom has a moral obligation to the members of the Armed Forces Community and it establishes how they should be treated. The Trust funds projects that support the Armed Forces Community locally, regionally and across the whole of the United Kingdom. The Armed Forces Covenant Fund currently has 4 broad funding themes: removing barriers to family life; extra support after service for those that need help; measures to integrate military and civilian communities and allow the armed forces community to participate as citizens; and non-core healthcare services for veterans. Current priorities: Improving Integration and Engagement | Empowering Delivery of the Covenant by Local Authorities | Reducing Social Isolation. http://www.covenantfund.org.uk Show less

Engage for Success is a movement committed to the idea that there is a better way to work, a better way to enable personal growth, organisational growth and ultimately growth for Britain by releasing more of the capability and potential of people at work. We provide evidence, case studies and points of view about how employee engagement drives performance and productivity to achieve growth, to make the case for action. I was a Taskforce member, and led the Wellbeing group which produced the 2014 Engagement & Wellbeing white paper. Show less
