Wendy’s future is very bright, I am sure of that. She is a joy to work with, always providing that boost of energy that every team needs. Besides Wendy is the most driven and coachable person I have ever worked with, which makes me confident that she will continue to develop her skills to become a well rounded professional.

Ifood is today the leading app in the Brazilian food delivery market. As the commercial levers chair responsible, structured in the commercial planning team, my mission was to bring a more analytical bias to marketing campaigns, analyzing which restaurant profile was most suitable for each campaign, from an specific KPI perspective. Based on this, I was also responsible for unfolding this into a tactical plan for the commercial team, in order to help them bringing these restaurants to the campaigns. In this way, my role was to ensure a good alignment between marketing and sales team. In addition, the core of this role was to manage, analyze and report the impact that these promotional campaigns were having on customer results (restaurants) and on our business itself. Some of my main projects, followed by their impacts, were: - Commercial levers dashboard: in a partnership with Data Science team, we built a dashboard that correlated restaurants profile with commercial levers impact. With this tool was possible to understand how a restaurant cluster responded to each promotional campaign in a given KPI, and have predictability for future campaigns; - Company's biggest campaign Management: I had the opportunity to manage the restaurants offer that was being sell by commercial team for our biggest campaign, Black Friday. Here, I was responsible for analyzing what were the opportunities and gaps to cover with more restaurants Show less

Focal point for São Paulo Restaurants analytics related subjects. Created a restaurant plan for our territory - the largest city in Brazil, São Paulo - by structuring the main OPIs and KPIs that we would monitor to guarantee operational excellence and profitability, developing tools and projects to ensure that all of this would be followed. Some of my core functions and projects, followed by their impacts were:- Lead a new profitability opportunity project: Set hypotheses, built a model and run a project that aimed restaurant partners engagement leverage in accordance with the company's objectives from a perspective of a Net Income Analysis. This was adopted by all areas generating a campaign where we knew how to invest and what was the expected ROI. This project relevance turned from a territorial level project to a national campaign.- Develop the company's financial guideline for the sales team: Proposal of a new tool for calculating sales negotiations. This generated significant savings due to a personalized trading model, based on each client profile, instead of a general one. - Supported UberEats expansion to new areas: analyse the market, competitors, brand perception, points to improve and prospecting. This brought us the best known restaurants in the area expanded to our marketplace.- Implementation of in-app campaigns that aimed greater conversion for restaurants and high ROI: One example of a project that resulted on this was monitoring the city in micro areas to analyse where we could have best opportunities in terms of each established goal.- Self-Explanatory Dashboards: Structure which OPIs should be analyzed, which KPIs would be monitored and how we would give visibility to all this information to the stakeholders. This led the construction of a management profitability dashboard at a restaurant level, creating insights from all the data in order to support areas and making decision making faster. Built using SQL and Google Sheets. Show less
