I had the pleasure of working with Wendell on a recent Healthcare related CRM 2011 project. Wendell came onboard as a Business Analyst when the project was already underway and he was able to pick up the very complex data model quickly and started contributing to the project early. As a technical architect, I relied on him heavily to convey user requirements to me. We had numerous detailed design discussions during which I was always very impressed at his thorough understanding of the business processes.
