Role and Responsibilities as Staff Vessel Sanitation Program : • Providing all IPM document to VSP Inspectors during audit • The Permanent applicator on Board the ship • Carries out all pest control inspection and treatment of the entire ship, as per company standart • Carries out daily chemical treatments and inspection of areas • Carries out daily requests for chemical treatment of area • Weekly inspection follow up on inspection and treatments • Keeps inventory and orders new chemical • Ensures that the approved chemical • Ensures appropriate Personnal Protective Equipment (PPE) • Controls all equipment and establishes the best active and passive control system on the vessel • Ensures that CCL VSP Action Plan • Establish monitoring records regarding the effectiveness of chemical • Completes and maintains necessary documentation • Daily inspection of monitoring system • Weekly inspection, Cleaning, and Treatment of area • Establish routine inspection – prior to the loading schedule • Submit logs and report • Ensure proper hand-over of all information corcerning monitoring system, inventory and necessary documentation • Compliance with USPH regulations and follow areas of non – compliance • Compliance with all applicable Environmental Compliance Program regulation and follow-up on areas of non-compliance • Submits monthly all Voyage Pest Control Logs.
