I might have been Wellsley's manager, but Wellsley did a pretty damn good job helping me manage the entire copy team and keep ABM's brand team chugging. Wellsley is a quick thinker, a proactive planner, and is fast to anticipate both the needs of the client and the broader team. She's considerate AND concise. In addition to clearly being a lifelong learner able to wrap her head around complex subject matter like sustainability, innovative technologies, and more, she's able to articulate what she's learned into absolutely snackable, down-to-earth copy. Whether it's an article, infographic, headline, slogan, whatever you need, she can write it. Additionally, she has the rare combination of a large talent with a small ego. She both gives and receives creative feedback constructively and kindly. I'm so sad to lose her, but I am so happy that I got to be a part of her journey. You'd have to be an absolute muppet not to want to work with her. I am so excited for the promising career she has ahead of her and I recommend her completely.
