• To manage overall parts of construction projects, help with technical advice, and supervise members of the staff.• Conduct Pre-inspection together with Client, Consultant, and Sub-Contractor for rebar and concrete works on site.• Manage day-to-day activities of contractors and subcontractors working on site.• Monitor work progress, including in-house, external contractor and sub-contractor to ensure compliance with civil engineering standard.• Liaise with the sub-contractor to ensure theirs follow the design of the structure and planning is follow accordingly based on the schedule.• Trades coordination of structural, architectural mechanical and electrical.• Reporting daily progress to Site Agent and Project Manager.• Preparing daily reports, RFIs, schedule and look-ahead for planning.• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications, as well as safety and civil engineering standard, are being met.• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Planning Engineer

• To do overall planning for the project which includes earthwork, structure (drainage & culvert), pavement, machinery, and manpower. • Prepared and submit updated work program and cash flow showing actual progress.• Monitor day by day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.• To do the estimation of a timescale for a project and ensure that the outline deadlines are met.• To prepare monthly progress and target chart and graph based on current work progress and make a comparison between plan and actual progress.• To analysis material and diesel movement report and come out with chart analysis to determine the usage of material and diesel in a month.• Assistant Project Engineer in OVERALL Documentation, Planning, and Monitoring.• To assist Project Engineer in design a minor junction culvert and to do the documentation for approval.• To do Request For Information(RFI) as requested by the Site Engineer, Project Engineer and etc.• Liaise with Consultant regarding problems on site.• Liaise with Planner and Project Controller regarding scheduling and baseline of the project to achieve a weekly and monthly target.• Monitoring overall progress which involves and liaise with the site engineer and site supervisor to ensure the project runs on schedule.• To do daily site report summary for the overall project.• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
