  As of writing, I work as a University Demonstrator of Aquatic Biological Science at Flinders University. In this role, I am responsible for demonstrating the procedures and engage with the audience to gain the general attention of each laboratory. I provide assistance to the students to complete the practical activities and answer their questions to elevate learning experience and facilitate discussions with students when problems or issues arise. Moreover, I communicate and negotiate with students whenever deadlines are missed in submitting their work. In the same vein, I mark, grade, and upload the results of the students’ course work in a timely manner.

In this function, I conduct a group meeting with fellow team members to verify the project's goals and carry out the literature review to confirm the experimental process in the field of testing spoiled seafood. I also prepare chemicals and reagents and calibrate the test machine in a safe manner and perform experiment and seafood sample testing as part of duties.   In China, I worked as a Testing and Assistant Administrator where I facilitated weekly meetings which aim to summarise the work accomplished from the previous week to the supervisors and determined food safety in fresh food markets and supermarkets by utilising rapid reaction. I authored and submitted reports of the final testing results to the senior departments. Furthermore, I handled and responded to complaints over the phone in a prompt and professional manner and aided the supervisors in negotiating with business owners to enhance their business management. Lastly, I served as the point of contact for the businesses in the sub-district to confirm that their operating facilities have been improved.
