  Mr. Weita Liao returns to LCS& Partners after his leave on 2005, and he is now one of the few attorneys permitted to practice law in Taiwan, China and the United States. Mr. Liao represents clients in extensive foreign IPO and M&A cases, including some of the most well-known cases in Taiwan. Mr. Liao also has significant experience counseling investment managers, listed companies, and multinational corporations on regulatory and corporate matters.
