Weijia is one of the most reliable and dedicated interns I have ever worked with. Weijia took initiative in researching STAF open source project without detailed instructions, and then came out the original framework quickly for the interoperability testing scenarios. Weijia did not stop here, he made many functionalities in the original framework callable to fit into the migration testing scenarios, and came out an improved version STAF Framework. This framework makes it possible to separate Splunk deployment from detailed test cases. This is a huge contribution to QA testing coverage on interoperability and migration, and has impact in the new direction for overall QA testing framework. Weijia is smart, can always find nuance issues in the STAF Framework XML. He is also a quick learner and he ramped up Splunk Enterprise features very fast. It is a loss that Weijia can no longer be part of Splunk Server QA team anymore. I believe Weijia is an asset for any endeavor.
