Led project that secured a funding of S$1.4 million to develop key product offerings to expand into new market segments. Monitored project progress and key milestones to be delivered over 6 months by team of 11 members. Co-led development and project management of the HCDT, the national HR diagnostic tool commissioned by Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Workforce Singapore (WSG), and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) to develop organisational human capital maturity in Singapore. Strategized with officers from MOM and ESG to refine the diagnostic tool based on feedback from companies, conceptualising initiatives such as HCDT-Lite and a client-centric HCDT portal. Trained 63 senior HR leaders, agency officers, and HR consultants as HCDT Assessors to conduct diagnostics for multiple governmental programmes. Conducted pilot testing sessions of HR Foundation Paper for over 150 candidates. Present the HCDT at public forums and internal meetings to industry leaders and heads of governmental agencies. Designed and created a Self-Diagnostic Tool that leverages on predictive analytics to recommend certification levels for candidates. Created dashboard for concise reporting of critical data that tracks organisational key performance indicators. Designed and led a data validation study to understand the relationships between IHRP certification outcomes and HR professionals in Singapore.
