  1. Review and preparation of monthly & yearly management report, variance analysis and presentation to management. 2. Prepare for yearly audit. 3. Responsible for submission of tax matter which including bi-monthly SST return submission, withholding tax, tax estimation, tax revision on 6th and 9th month. 4. Work with all division heads on budget preparation and to achieve cost control for overall profitability improvement. 5. Lead and manage day to day company’s finance & accounting requirement. 6. Prepare and lead in yearly physical inventory count. 7. Establish account for new company. 8. Responsible for submission of Export of Goods(EOG) report and monthly manufacturing survey. 9. Prepare for application of loan from MIDF. 10. Liaise with external auditor, tax agents, bank and other related parties. 11. Responsible for reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts and resolve account related issue on quarterly basis. 12. Review various bank reconciliation on monthly basis, and do adjustment if any. 13. Responsible for foreign exchange gain/loss of foreign currency bank account on yearly basis.14. Monitor and maintain fixed assets registers, depreciation and write off. 15. Monitor and maintain Hired Purchase schedule to ensure appropriate amount of HP interest and installment to be record on a monthly basis. 16. Manage and monitor Insurance schedule to ensure appropriate amount of prepayment of insurance payment and insurance provision to be record on a monthly basis. 17. Ad hoc requested by consultant.
