  • Focal point between barge crews and office / onshore personnel;Working as a team, collaborating internally at all levels, including bidding, procurement,project and crewing to ensure effective barge project scheduling. • Liaise with Class surveyor and client side for various class issue and client requirements.Monitor, manage and ensure the highest level of operational readiness of the barge fleet; • Provide shore-end, operational-level support to barge crews to ensure barge systems and operational readiness. • Plan and schedule vessel maintenance, including planning and managing dry-dock programme of the barges. • Provide support to technical maintenance team; Manage vendors / yard on barge works, both repairs and modifications, ensuring strict adherence of safety and regulations. Support expedient repair, ensuring minimum downtime. Arrange timely delivery of spares to barges, including couriering urgent spares to other countries if needed. • Provide technical support for project; To attend to client’s inspection (if required) and ensure closing out of outstanding matters. Responsible for mobilization and demobilization of barges for projects.On-site supervision of mob/demob operations. Provide real-time progress updates to both project and upper management. To raise, monitor and solve all issues concerning site work, time and resource planning during projects. • To be deployed oversea when required.
