I worked with Wei Ling on many group assignments and we were both on the same committee of the MBA study body of which she was the Vice President. Wei Ling's greatest asset is her ability to pull people together and get people to gel and work well as a team. Her people management skills helped our group to come first in four of the six tasks assigned to us during our weeklong MBA orientation programme, and also to earn an A-grade in many group assignments together. In addition, as Vice President of our class she helped to organize many events and activities which benefited students, alumni and faculty alike. I have the utmost confidence that - with her interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to all environments - Wei Ling will be a great asset to any employer and will excel at any task she puts her mind to.
