  - Develop innovative solutions and execute process improvement to upkeep production yield, capacity and quality standards. - Initiate and update Process Control Plan (PCP), Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Process/Work Instruction. - Liaise with customer for CA on product quality issue, NPI and improvement project. - Apply statistical methods to monitor and control process efficiency & equipment capability to achieve desirable quality and cost. - Lead a team of technicians and EO to sustain the line equipment. Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure proper equipment performance. - Conduct periodic safety inspection and audit on the maintenance of equipment and process. - Ensure effective hand shaking process of new product introduction to mass production and new process technology capabilities developments. - Optimize production layout, supervise equipment installation and production.
