  During Construction of Building • Sourced and negotiate price for materials such as galvanized and stainless steel pipes, sanitary ware, tiles, hardware accessories and etc. • Liaised and assisted consultants and architect in preparing documents for application of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for new factory. • Completed registration of new factory and building lifts with Department of Safety and Health (DOSH). During Construction and Installation of Production Line • Designed 54 tones capacity, fully-automation production plant for company new factory and illustrated using AutoCAD 3D. • Designed various tanks and monitored closely the fabrication process of supplier. • Reviewed and assisted sub-contractor in structural design of production platform to ensure the platform is enough to withstand the weight and vibration of mixing vessels. • Supervised and led sub-contractor to install all tanks, motors and shafts, load cells using limited resources in limited space. • Sourced, negotiated and imported carbon steel pipes and fitting from Singapore. • Designed and constructed a piping system to direct 43 storage tanks of different raw materials to 11 mixing vessels. After Commissioning of Production Line • Performed load cell calibration for all newly installed tanks and weighing platforms. • Planned and led office staffs in moving from old office to new factory and successfully transferred everything and resume to daily operation within 1 day. • Planned, developed and performed preventive maintenances on production machineries, weighing platforms, compressors and building facilities. • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering difficulties and problems of construction and production. • Coordinated with company Safety Officer in developing security and safety measures of new factory.
