I have had the pleasure of working with Sam as a direct report and also witnessed his excellent work for other departments prior to this . He has strong people management skills and is able to the get the best out of his team through positive encouragement whilst offering training and mentoring where required to ensure competence and confidence within his team. He always strives to deliver business requirements to the highest standards and is prepared to go above and beyond to get the job done! Sam is in his element driving business improvement plans and using his initiative, interpersonal and relationship building skills to execute the task in hand, he has a great success rate for improving team performance and morale. He also has vast experience in driving operational performance and efficiencies, understanding all the key elements to drive increased revenue whilst also keeping a keen eye on cost to serve, it is refreshing to see this level of expertise and commitment at such an early stage in his management career. Sam is able to communicate effectively to all internal/external stakeholders at any level and is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. I would describe Sam in five words as: Driven Reliable Diverse Trustworthy Leader He would be an asset to any company and look forward to hopefully working with Sam in some capacity again in the future.

Sam always led by example, and I was lucky enough to work with him throughout my short stay at Energise. I was always highly impressed by his ability to push us to reach our full potential. His dedication to his craft is nothing short of inspiring, and his ability to coach others is something that I’ll miss. I’m grateful to have worked with Sam and would highly recommend him to any company.
