Benjamin est un bâtisseur. Le reste de cette recommandation aurait pu être généré par n'importe quel outil IA en vogue. Cependant même si mon texte est susceptible d'être moins qualitatif et moins synthétique que quelques bullet points bien agencés, il aura le mérite d'être authentique. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir Benjamin parmi nos équipes de développeurs. Nous espérions qu'il prenne le lead du département mais n'étions malheureusement pas en capacité de l'alimenter de suffisamment de projets lui permettant de continuer sa courbe d'apprentissage. Benjamin est un bâtisseur : il ne se contente pas de pouvoir propulser avec élégance un POC "quick&dirty" pour les besoin de validation d'un projet, mais il est au contraire particulièrement efficient dans les réflexions de fond nécessaires à l'élaboration d'une solution pérenne et évolutive. C'est la principale qualité qui nous a marqué chez lui : il construit pour le futur. Là ou un développeur classique se contente de répondre à une problématique de la façon la plus rapide possible (comprendre : engendrant au passage un gros quote part de dette technique pour les générations futures, ou juste pour le prochain, commit...); Benjamin quant à lui réfléchit à la clarté et à l'usage de son code pour les prochaines itérations. Et quel bonheur d'avoir dans son équipe quelqu'un pour qui la notion de documentation ou d'intelligibilité du code n'est pas une violence psychologique mais un processus qui s'inscrit dans l'avenir d'une solution et le respect de son propre travail. Concernant ses travaux chez Suricate Concept, évoluant dans le secteur de la cyberdéfense, la plupart sont confidentiels. Cependant si en tant que recruteur vous êtes intéressés pour en savoir plus sur son profil, ses qualités, ou ses défauts (oui oui, personne n'est parfait :)), n'hésitez pas à me contacter et je me ferais une joie d'y répondre.
