Not only does Webb keep his colleagues going, he keeps his clients going. I've never met a business development professional who resembles a corner-man in boxing as much as Webb does. He picks his clients up off the canvas when times are tough, he instructs them to throw their best punch - again and again - and advises new ways to duck, dodge and swing throughout the fight.
