Designed, implemented and launched the IOSMS (HK Inter-operators SMS exchange platform) / ISMS (International SMS exchange platform) with both IP and C7 signaling solutions. Provided a solution of MNP (Mobility numbering porting) database for signaling platform. There are three major services (IOSMS platform, IOMMS platform and Voice termination dipping) accessing this database through the signaling gateway. Managed the service rollout and designed including MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators), PRS (Prepaid-card Roaming System), Roaming signaling exchange service and SIMN (Single IMSI Multiple Numbers). Defined service requirements for Missed call Alert project. Provided service requirements for RTMS (Roaming Traffic Management System)-prefer Roaming service and RTMS-USSD callback service.
