Our market space is generally the start-up to $100M company. We, in recent years, have downsized and have focused on outsourced CFO and adjunct assignments that are customary in that space. What makes us unique to the consulting market is our philosophy to identify the most troubling problems (chief complaint) via using Executive Team Alignment and then comprehensive GAP Analysis techniques, we then help solve these problems. Once identified we can assist our clients in implementing change and empower employees to facilitate the process themselves without our direct on-site assistance. In other words, we are there to facilitate and teach the client, not take up residence. We were very involved in the high-end modeling business where we helped create and install a unique front-end/back-end accounting system. We created an industry-standard Chart of Accounts which is still in use by many of the major modeling agencies over 15 years later. In the 1990's I specialized in implementing Manufacturing Requirements Planning/Distribution Requirements Planning in mid-sized discrete manufacturing companies (in multiple industries, from electronics to food). In addition, we provided Chief Information Officer/Computer Consultation to a wide range of companies. All told, we have been involved in 40 - 60 businesses during our 27 years.
