Over the past year I have had the pleasure of working with Wayne and Pivotry Consulting as a colleague and a client. Wayne delivered the Pivotry workshop "Cultivating Successful Habits for High-Tech Entrepreneurs" to the MBET and Enterprise Co-op groups at the University of Waterloo Conrad Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology Centre. The workshop was engaging and provided all participants with a full complement of tools for continuous improvement in organizational processes and personal professional development. In his capacity as a lecturer Wayne provides entrepreneurs with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to effectively launch their ventures. Beyond the classroom Wayne continuously steps up to the plate to provide guidance to students not only from his course, but those from the Enterprise Co-op program, Velocity residence and other entrepreneurs on campus. He is a truly invaluable resource to the entrepreneurial community in Waterloo. Wayne is a true connector and facilitates the opportunities for students, alumni, faculty, staff and the community to build a strong and supportive ecosystem from Toronto to the Valley and all stops in between.
Paul Marchildon, MBET
Wayne is a valued board member of the Alumni Council to the President, University of Waterloo. He volunteers quality time and expertise to assist the President and Alumni offices in assisting UW to continue to be the most Innovative university in Canada. I highly recommend engaging Wayne as a consultant if ever you have the need.
