I have had the pleasure of knowing Wayne for over 10 years and he is the consummate professional. We worked together training the Navy worldwide while living in San Diego, CA. He had a tremendously successful career in which he gained vast and invaluable experiences. He was exposed and tested in progressive leadership and people management assignments—with the utmost success. His well rounded skill sets in a myriad of leadership assignments thoroughly prepared Wayne to serve in any management/leadership capacity for any organization seeking a loyal, hard worker who truly, and compassionately, understands people. He is a must hire. The following are just a few of the qualities that Wayne developed in over 23 years of Naval leadership and management of a diverse workforce: • Executive Management • Human Resources Management • Results Oriented • Program Management • Education and Training • Team Builder/Coach • Strategic Planning • Personnel Information Systems • Collaborator • Systems Analysis/Evaluation • Curriculum Development • Critical Thinker • Customer Needs Assessment • Facilitation/Instruction • Flexible/Adaptable/Agile Specific accomplishments during the time we worked together in the Navy: • Re-wrote 6 outdated Navy courses; decreased training costs 38% and recaptured 27% Fiscal funds/year. • Managed a $1.75M budget for on-time development and delivery of new curricula. • Transformed Logistical Department into a 100% on-time provider for 266K employees worldwide. • Obtained accreditation for a new Prevention Specialist Course; awarded 3 undergraduate semester hours. • Qualified 42% of instructors as Master Training Specialists in 6 months as the first qualified Master Training Specialist. • Facilitated over 300 students; evaluations in the top 1%.

Pastor Wayne is a man of God who walks with integrity in all he does in life. During the time I was his supervisor I could always count on him for honest answers and for getting the work he was assigned to do completed with excellence. He was not afraid to confront issues and to provide insights into situations. As a teacher, he was thorough and was able to encourage students to learn by making the content exciting. His students were engaged in the classroom as well as in their assignments. He dealt with diverse learning needs with a clear ability to differentiate instruction. His students were successful because of his care and commitment to their learning. As a coach and athletic director, Wayne was conscientious in ensuring safety and sportsmanship took precedence over winning. His ability to be personable with students and parents were attributes that distinguished his work in the area of athletics. His success was not only in seeing teams were successful, but that individuals were empowered to be successful in character development as well as athletic skills. Wayne Clark was exemplary in his work at Foothills Christian High School.
