  As the department leader I transformed the department's average results of 38% up to 82%, which was a 115% increase, taking the entire department from one of the poorest performing areas in the college to the top. Had overall responsibility for 900+ students within the subject area and lead a team of 10 staff. I streamlined the design curriculum and implemented a unique pedagogical collaborative approach to achieve unprecedented growth well above the UK national average.
