Wayne helped me enormously with the redevelopment of our web portal - it wasn't strictly speaking a Camden Council project but we wanted the look and feel to match in order to make the user journey as seamless as possible. He worked quickly and efficiently to understand our needs and went above and beyond to help us design a new website that's transformed our relationship and communication with residents and had now become a blue-print for the company. Throughout the project Wayne was engaged, thoughful and great at finding smart solutions for what felt at the time like intractable problems. He was also sweet and funny and a joy to work with.
