My role with Titan Media Group was to launch the brand into the Australian media market. Group Sales Manager

Jun 2007 - Sep 2010
I led a team of 6 sales people as Group Sales Manager for our Roadside media portfolio in the NSW region. This included creating and presenting strategic sales plans through to implementation via the individual team members. The role was responsible for weekly revenue targets and ensuring a set of minimum KPI's was achieved. In terms of development planning the role also involved helping the individuals achieve their personal goals to facilitate internal progression and career development.
