What we do includes, new installation, troubleshooting and change request.On installation, we do install OS, SunCluster on Oracle DB/NFS, zone storage from VNX/CX, install NBU backup agent.We are also doing troubleshooting/problem determination on backup (NBU), storage (VNX/CX), network and OS platform.
