At the time I was in the position the hotel was actually branded as Centra Melbourne Airport and after 18 months in the position the hotel was closed for a total refurbishment. During my time there I was responsible for ordering of stock for the entire hotel, from food, beverage to t.v's and beds. End to end management of purchase orders and processing into stock control system, stocktakes, ensuring H.A.C.C.P. standards were adhered to and issuing of stock via the requisition system.
