      Moving into the roll of overseeing all manufactured vehicles at the Apollo factory in Brisbane I continued to build on my past success. Managing the Motorhomes, Caravans and Campervans through pre-production, manufacture as well as the production control and supervision. A large part of my day-to-day is dealing with people and resource management as well as working beside the Components manager to insure other manufactured products are ready for the production lines. The role is also heavily involved with product design coordinating with planners, engineers, marketing, sales, finance, supply chain and directing supervisors. With over 50 staff members including a team of team leaders building motorhomes I encounter many challenges & continue to overcome them to develop the best product available. From February 2020 to July 2020 I also oversaw the Component Manufacturer department while the business backfilled the roll after a departing manager.
