The projects were the development of hardware to encapsulate thermal imaging camera’s to enable their use in zone 1 areas in order to identify thread damage, development of an EXP controller (intrinsically safe) or air purge system to Australian standards and the fabrication and sale of oilfield torque turn computer systems. Autonomous role, reporting to Norwegian based shareholders with 3 direct reports to me including Electronics Engineer, Thermographer and Fabrication Machinist. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly and annual financial, operational and development reports. • Income tax, BAS/GST and FBT. • Economic modelling, review of project viability and capital commitments. • Plan work and development priorities for technical personnel. • Liaise with external audit and destructive testing authorities to review and establish conformance and non conformance protocols. • Execute and complete negotiations for sale of torque turn systems. • Liaise with intellectual property lawyers concerning country and worldwide patents.
