Leads a team of PCT engineers both internal and contractors, to provide continuous 24/7 support to the site and adequately address the engineering needs of PCT related projects. Work closely with Operations personnel within Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality and Technical Service groups to understand current production processes/issues, initiate and support process improvements and improve maintenance procedures, both preventive and predictive in support of system reliability. Approve the implementation of new equipment, processes, and system improvements with regards to production equipment so they may be specified, designed, installed and maintained to perform as expected and meet operational requirements.
