  This is a volunteer position with Orange Sky Australia (OSA). I'm the Team Leader of two Shifts in the Wollongong area. OSA volunteers wash clothes for the homeless and disadvantaged of the Illawarra. A major part of our role is having conversations with anyone who comes to use our service. Or anyone that needs someone to talk to. I've created wonderful relationships with many of our "friends". As part of my training and time at Lifeline South Coast I completed successfully the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training 3 times and the Mental Health First Aid course 3 times.   I started at the Land Titles Office in the Accounts Branch as a Cashier. I did this for a few years then did various other accounting and reconciliation positions in the Account Branch. I then moved into the Titling Branch area and did various position there including many different Customer Support roles. I then moved back to the now Finance Branch where I supervised the cashiers section. I did this for a few years until I moved back to the Titling Branch. I worked in various roles there until in 1991 I moved to the Computer Services Group to work in Network Support. The bulk of my working life in the Land Titles Office was in a Customer Support role. I left the Land Titles Office in 1999 to work at Wollongong City Council which was much closer to home Show less
