This actively reduced delays to the aircraft servicing schedules by identifying faults and rectifying the problem more efficiently. With a training background I was authorised by Aviation Australia to assess apprentice competencies against the National Training Standard, during which I developed a series of assessment tools (component remove/install and system troubleshooting) to ensure apprentice work history records and elements of competency could be completed. Interviewed Students that had a series of exam failures and provide comment of my findings to the Student Failure Management Committee.
