In person, the Ah Ha! team are outstanding facilitators. And online? They blew me away. I had the great pleasure of guest-speaking for Ah Ha! as they facilitated a virtual working session for an innovation team. Distance disappeared as breakout groups created visual and visible results in record time. Then in the report-out, Wayne & Susannah expertly directed the group’s attention, managed the clock efficiently and summarized the key results in real time. Being there was a masterclass in group facilitation. Highly recommend.

Wayne wowed me from the moment he joined the Board of Directors for the non-profit corporation I served. His willingness to use his professional skills during his free time benefitted the organization immensely. He listened and learned from others, was willing to shift positions when new data called for it, and always treated his fellow volunteers with the utmost respect, whether he shared their opinions or not. Wayne has an effusive, engaging manner that enables him to facilitate discussions while still allowing everyone to speak his or her mind. Ever modest, he refused to take credit for a project that was his own from idea to final implementation, which resulted in $75,000 coming to the non-profit corporation's coffers. He also seems to be one of the rare lucky few who can subsist on no sleep- he accomplished an amazing amount of work in tight time spans. I'm grateful for what I learned working alongside Wayne and feel that I'm left much improved for the experience.
